Who We’re Seeking
Founding Team
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO) — a servant-leader with operational or business leadership experience
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO) — finance, accounting, or oversight background preferred
- Optional: founding trader or analyst
Founding roles involve equity and deferred compensation during early stages, with an emphasis on long-term alignment and governance.
